Can I bring in food and drinks?
Absolutely! Feel free to grab some coffee and a snack from our 2nd-floor kitchen, located in the center of the building. If you’d like food catered or delivered, we are happy to accept it at our front reception desk and bring it up to you. Our front desk address is 629 W Main St, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.
How do I connect my computer to the TV?
There is a handy HDMI cable on the conference table. Plug it into your computer, and change the TV source to “HDMI 1” using the TV remote. If your computer doesn’t have an HDMI input, we’ve got converters in the credenza under the TV that you’re welcome to use.
How do I set up video conferencing in the conference room?
Great question! Our conference rooms are equipped with Meeting Owls. Plug the cord from the Meeting Owl into your computer, and the Owl will become your camera, microphone, and speaker! Plug your computer into the HDMI cord to display your screen on the TV.
