How do I connect to the printers?

First thing’s first - have you downloaded eZeep yet? As part of your member onboarding, you should have received an email invitation to eZeep, our printing software. Once you set a password and create your account, make sure to download the software to your computer. It is a plugin that will live in your taskbar and give you access to our printers. Once it’s installed, go to print your document as usual, but select one of the printers with the [e] next to them.

My eZeep stopped working out of the blue!

Oh no! From time to time, eZeep will accidentally log you out of your account. Click the eZeep bird icon on your taskbar, then click log in. If this doesn’t do the trick, try to “quit eZeep” and then re-launch it.

Where is….?

There are office supplies located in the drawer closest to the printer. Feel free to use any of those supplies - that’s what they’re there for! We also have shredding bins in the cabinet closest to the printer. We shred everything in the shredding bins daily, so you can rest assured that your confidential information is protected!
